*nodnod* ... there's a direct connection from those hosted services taking stuff down to OTW setting up the archive. Strikethrough '07 was one of the direct precursors to the foundation of OTW and the rallying cry, "We need to own the servers!" (Interesting that Wikipedia notes that many people fled to Livejournal, heh.)
